At RPS, education is not a standard path—it's a personalized journey powered by aspiration. Your child is an individual learner paired with a team of passionate, dedicated mentors who provide exceptional instruction and genuine care. We support a strong value system and excellent discipline with good infrastructure. This environment delivers an outstanding range of opportunities that actively nurture the child, preparing them not just for exams, but for life.
General Instructions
A successful Rungta education relies on a strong partnership, requiring parental respect for the system and learning. The school maintains a focused environment through clear expectations. Enrollment may be discontinued for persistently unsatisfactory academic progress or conduct detrimental to the well-being of others.
- To maintain the focus of learning, parents should not enter classrooms or approach teachers during class hours. Please schedule all meetings with teachers or the Head in advance.
- For security and safety reasons, requesting half-day leave is strongly discouraged. In emergencies only, you must provide a written request approved by both the Principal and the Class Teacher, and the Bus-In-Charge must be informed.
- Please avoid criticizing the teacher or school in the presence of your child, as this can cause them to lose respect for their teacher, thereby hindering their learning and academic progress.
- All official communication from Parents/Guardians must be addressed to the Head and routed via the Class Teacher. Conversely, all official school communication to parents will be channeled by the respective In-Charges (I/Cs), Section Heads, or the Head.
- The Name, Admission Number, Class/Section, and House of the pupil must be clearly marked on all of the student's personal belongings.
- We require active parental cooperation to ensure your child's progress. Please pay close attention to their regularity, punctuality, and discipline, and show interest in their daily academics. Parents must check the Student Handbook every day for instructions and homework, their bags for notices, and dedicate quality time to reviewing notebooks, especially during the weekends.
- Encourage your child to take interest in academics, co-curricular activities, sports & community service.
- If you receive feedback of a concern from your child, please communicate this matter directly to the Class Teacher. This valuable insight helps us support your child's emotional well-being and build their confidence in the school environment.
- Any change in address or telephone number must be immediately intimated to the school office.
- Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged as it disrupts academic progress. Parents are solely responsible for ensuring the student makes up for any loss of studies incurred due to absence.
- Active participation in all Weekly Tests, FPTS, and Activity Based Evaluations is mandatory as these assessments directly impact the student's final promotion and class standing; thus, applying for avoidable leave is strongly discouraged. Leave during term time is strictly reserved for serious illness or the death of a very near relative, with limited exceptions for essential family customs (like a condolence visit by the only male member) or attending the marriage of a real sibling or a real uncle/aunt.
- To be eligible to appear for the Final Examination, students must complete a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year.
- Students using school transport are expected to maintain the best decorum and discipline on the buses. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of the bus facility.
- Students must attend school in a neat, well-ironed, complete uniform. Boys are required to have a proper haircut.
- Parents are advised to give pocket money judiciously. Students must not possess more than ₹50/-. Any extra amount found will be confiscated.
- For reasons of safety and discipline, valuable articles (such as gold/diamond jewellery, including chains, rings, or bangles) and cosmetics (including facial makeup, henna, or waxing) are strictly prohibited. In compliance with CBSE guidelines, electronic gadgets (mobiles, iPods, and cameras) are also not permitted inside the school premises. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the session. Repeated violations may lead to the student being asked to leave the school.
- Students are responsible for taking care of all school property. Any damage caused must be repaired or paid for by the concerned student.
- To promote efficient communication, parents are required to consult the RPS Handbook and any issued circulars before making inquiries over the phone.

Schools have a special institutional role in society as protectors of children. Schools need to insure that all children in their care are afforded a safe and secure environment in which to grow and develop, both at school and away. Educators, having the opportunity to observe and interact with children over time, are in a unique position to identify children who are in need of help and protection.
